The scholarship form on this website will only be utilized for the Greg Bush, Jr. Foundation, Inc. to receive scholarship applications for the purpose of review, scoring and awarding of the scholarship.  Information collected will not be shared for any purpose beyond the selection of scholarship awardees.

The mentorship program application form on this website will only be utilized for the Greg Bush, Jr. Foundation, Inc. to review applications for the purpose of acceptance into our mentorship program.  Information collected will not be shared for any purpose beyond the selection of Program attendees.

The Greg Bush, Jr. Foundation respects the privacy of every individual who visits our website.  We will not sell or distribute information gathered on our website or special events to any third party.

Collection and Use of Information

Information is gathered on a voluntary basis.  When you choose to provide us with your personal information, please know that we may store some/all information to further understand how to best services those that we serve and provide the best and most engaging experience.

Your email address is collected during transaction completion and event registration.  Email marketing occurs from two perspectives.  The Greg Bush, Jr. Foundation emails will be generated from your subscription or Contact Us entries.  Even if you unsubscribe to email marketing, those emails that reference transactions will still occur.

Links With Other Sites

Since third-party sites are owned and operated independently, the Greg Bush, Jr. Foundation cannot ensure the safeguard of any personal information that you choose to provide to a third-party website that links to or from any of the Greg Bush, Jr. Foundation.  These third-party sites may have their own separate privacy policies that are beyond our management control.  As such, we cannot assume responsibility or liability for practices, actions or policies of these third-party sites.

The laws of the State of Illinois govern these terms and conditions outlined in this Privacy Policy, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.  This site is controlled by and created by The Greg Bush, Jr. Foundation, in the State of Illinois.  Anyone who chooses to access the Website from other locations does so on of their own and are responsible for conformity with applicable local laws.

Purchases 

Credit card information and numbers entered by customers are encrypted before transmission to our credit card authorization service; if the item amount and dollar volume of the purchase is authorized, the order is processed through our online software and forwarded to our merchant banking account for processing.   The Greg Bush, Jr. Foundation website credit card transactions are secured by an online industry standard (SSL).  No party outside of The Greg Bush, Jr. Foundation receives credit card number information.  No credit card information will be included in any email correspondence related to customer purchases.

Policy Modifications

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time.  Any significant change to the policy will be shared via all active email accounts in the database.  If you have selected to unsubscribe, please visit the site periodically for any policy updates.
